Data protection
Controller: the owner stated above.
What we process: the data you give us when booking a table (name, phone or email, party size, date and time) or when contacting us. We do not collect special-category data.
Purpose: to manage your booking, look after you and answer your enquiries.
Legal basis: performance of your booking at your request and, where applicable, your consent.
Recipients: the booking system is provided by Bouzon Digital as data processor, with servers in the European Union. We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.
Retention: for as long as necessary for the purpose and to meet our legal obligations.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to contacto@laembajadagourmet.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookie policy (LSSI art. 22.2)
In line with article 22.2 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI-CE), this section explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser's local storage) this website uses. A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device to remember information.
Strictly necessary (no consent required):
- bz-consent — the browser's local storage, first-party. It stores your cookie choice and the date you made it. It lasts 13 months; after that we ask you again.
- Reservas (bookings.bouzondigital.com) — the booking form on this site, provided by Bouzon Digital as data processor. It sets no cookies when it loads. Only if you tick “Remember my details on this device” (unticked by default) does it store your name, email and phone in the local storage of bookings.bouzondigital.com to pre-fill the form next time, for 6 months; “Forget my details”, or unticking the box when you book, deletes them. If the booking requires a deposit, the payment is handled by Stripe, which uses its own cookies to prevent fraud.
- Tema claro/oscuro (theme) — stores in your browser local storage whether you prefer the light or the dark theme. It never leaves your device.
Third-party (only loaded if you accept them):
- Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) — interactive map of the location. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receives your IP address. If you decline, you will see a link to open the location in Google Maps instead. More information.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) — aggregate visit statistics (page views, country, device type). It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, but it reads technical data from it to measure the visit, which is why it only runs if you accept it. More information.
How to give or withdraw consent: when you arrive we show a notice with three buttons of the same size: “Accept”, “Reject” and “Settings” (to choose service by service). Continuing to browse does not count as accepting: until you accept, none of the third-party services listed above loads. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or here: . Withdrawing consent does not delete cookies a third party has already set; to do that, delete them in your browser settings.
